God is the source of our blessing

Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV) “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ”

God possesses everything we need in life, a promise He makes to us throughout the Bible.

God is all-powerful. God has the authority over all things. He can and will do what He says He can and will do. God delights in blessing His children.

Our faith grows strong when we perceive the greatness and power of God. The more we understand the greatness of God the more receptive we become to His blessings because God always responds to our faith.

We must have the faith to know that God wants to bless us. The blessings that God has prepared for us have already been put in place. All the blessings that we can ever receive from God have already been created, established and waiting for us to possess them.

This verse says “He has blessed us with all spiritual blessing,” meaning it’s already done. You already have all spiritual blessings.

2 Peter 1:3 (NLT) “By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvellous glory and excellence.”

Philippians 4:19 (NLT) “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”

2 Peter 1:4 (NLT) “And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.”

Tremendous life-changing, abundant blessings are waiting for us if we will only pursue then and possess them in faith.

Joshua 1:9 (NLT) “This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
