Get Organised

1 Corinthians 14:33 (PHILLIPS) “God is not a God of disorder but of harmony”

God is not a god of chaos.

Corinthians 14:40 ‘But all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner.’

“A disorganised person is a defeated person, and no matter who we are, if we aren’t organised, we’ll never accomplish as much as we could.” – Billy Graham

Being organised isn’t something that just happens; for most of us it takes determination and discipline.

Proverbs 15:32 “Anyone who ignores discipline despises himself, but whoever listens to correction acquires good sense.”

God doesn’t want us to be ineffective and disorganised, unable to accomplish all we should. Instead, He wants to help us become more organised and disciplined.

Proverbs 6:23 (Voice) “For their direction is a lamp; their instruction will light your path, and their discipline will correct your missteps, sending you down the right path of life.”

Proverbs 18:9 (ESV) “Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys.”

“For every minute spent organizing, an hour is earned.” – Anonymous

“Organizating isn’t about perfection; it’s about efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving your overall quality of life. – Christina Scalise

“Stop waiting for the perfect time to get organized. Take this moment and make some progress. – Heidi Leonard

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (ESV) “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;”

Luke 16:10 (ESV) “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.

Start by decluttering and getting rid of items you no longer use. Pick up after yourself and keep things tidy around the house. Organise books and paperwork on your desk. Being organised in all facets of your life can help you better manage your time and keep your day on track.
