All Spiritual Blessings
Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV) “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ”
All spiritual blessings we will ever need are already resident inside us. They have been imparted to us the moment we accepted Jesus as our saviour. All spiritual blessings are now resident in us because the Holy Spirit lives in us.
2 Corinthians 4:18 (NKJV) “while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
Matthew 6:19-21 (NKJV) “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
No matter what form of material treasure we may possess, the greater treasure is always the spiritual treasures of God.
Matthew 6:31-33 (NKJV) “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
What we don’t fully recognise is that all natural and material blessings are the fruit of spiritual blessings. The roots of all blessings lie in the spirit realm. Understanding, moving into, and possessing spiritual blessings increases your capacity to receive all of the natural and physical blessings of life. Spiritual blessings are the key to achieving fullness of life.
James 1:17 (NKJV) “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.”
Every blessing begins with God, and for us to obtain His blessings, we must perceive, receive, and possess them. We do that by putting God first.
Proverbs 3:6 (LB) “In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success.”
