1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NASB) “Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.”

Leaders esteem others higher than themselves. Thinking before they speak. Be encouraging. Be quick to forgive. Be understanding. No gossiping. Keep others’ secrets. Share knowledge. Stay humble. Be positive!
