2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 6:21 (NKJV) “And may You hear the supplications of Your servant and of Your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven Your dwelling place, and when You hear, forgive.”

God hears prayers! Prayers are always powerful and when they are heartfelt humble prayers, God will hear from heaven. A supernatural response to prayers of repentance can always be expected. The impossible becomes possible, every need becomes an opportunity for His intervention.
Psalm 61:1-2 (NLT) “O God, listen to my cry! Hear my prayer! 2 From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety”
Psalm 6:9 (NLT) “The Lord has heard my plea; the Lord will answer my prayer”
1 John 5:14 (NLT) “And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.”
“Pray and seek God’s favour.” We need to seek the face of God. It is one thing to pray and seek God’s face, but along with this needs to come a turning from evil, a turning away from the things we know God is not pleased with or God is not happy with. There is a promise here, “I will hear from heaven.” In other words, God hears prayer. Then, “I will forgive their sins and heal their land.” That means God restores our situation.
Jeremiah 33:3 (NLT) “Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.”
God’s requirements are: Be Humble, Seek My Face, Turn Away from your wicked ways. He also said, I will hear from heaven. God is an answering God. He hears every prayer we make.
Matthew 7:7-8 (ESV) “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.
John 14:13-14 (ESV) “Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.”
