Remember God has promised He will never leave us. Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”
Satan wants us to feel as if God has left us all alone. But that’s not true. No matter what you will face, God is right there.
Remember God is never surprised by our circumstances. He is sovereign and knows everything. He even knows our future.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 (MSG) I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. 12 “When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen. 13-14 “When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. “Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.” God’s Decree. “I’ll turn things around for you. I’ll bring you back from all the countries into which I drove you”—God’s Decree—“bring you home to the place from which I sent you off into exile. You can count on it.”
God knows the future because he planned the future.
2 Chronicles 16:9 (ESV) “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him. You have done foolishly in this, for from now on you will have wars.”
Psalm 139:16 (NIV). “Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be”
God is already prepared for everything you’re going to face tomorrow, next week, and next month. What the future holds may surprise us, but it doesn’t surprise God. Nothing ever catches him by surprise.
If God knows all my tomorrows today, then I should ask Him for advice. I should ask Him for wisdom. He knows what’s going to happen: Jeremiah 33:3 (ESV) “Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.”
Psalm 139:1-6 (MSG) “God, investigate my life; get all the facts firsthand. I’m an open book to you; even from a distance, you know what I’m thinking. You know when I leave and when I get back; I’m never out of your sight. You know everything I’m going to say before I start the first sentence. look behind me and you’re there, then up ahead and you’re there, too— your reassuring presence, coming and going. This is too much, too wonderful— I can’t take it all in!
God is will be with you in this day. He will never leave us and is never surprised by our circumstances.
Have a great day. God bless.
