Walk in God’s ways
Psalms 128:1-2a(NLT) How joyful are those who fear the Lord—all who follow his ways! You will enjoy the fruit of your labor.
Psalms 128:1(ESV) Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways!
It is clear from this Psalm that God favours the person who fears Him. They will enjoy the fruit of their labour. They will be joyful and prosperous.
Psalms 1:1(ESV) Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers.
Psalms 112:1(ESV) Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in his commandments!
God’s Word is a roadmap for us to walk in the ways of God’s. Psalms 119:105 (ESV) Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Those that walk in God’s ways, walk by faith and not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7(ESV) for we walk by faith, not by sight.
We walk in God’s ways when we do what He wants us to do. Romans 12:1(NLT) And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
1 John 1:7(NLT) But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
